分析了多校区融合时期高校图书馆战略管理理论研究及其应用现状，采用国际通行的SWOT分析方法对多校区融合时期图书馆内外环境中的优势与劣势、机会与风险进行分析，运用平衡计分卡加战略地图的方法，对该时期图书馆的管理进行了战略规划和战略目标分析，探讨了战略目标实施的保障措施。

It analyzes the university library strategic management theory and its application current situation of multi-campus combination period. It uses the international SWOT method to analyze the advantage, disadvantage, opportunity and risk of library internal and external environment of multi-campus combination period. Then it uses the method of balanced score card and strategic map to analyze the library strategic plan and target of this period and discusses the safeguard countermeasures of implementing the strategic target.
