目的：观察甲钴胺联合a-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法将纳入研究的DPN患者分为实验组（A组，67例）组和对照组（B组，64例）组，在控制血糖的基础上，A组给予甲钴胺+a-硫辛酸联合治疗，B组给予维生素B1、维生素B12肌内注射，3周后对两组进行评估。结果治疗3周后A组运动神经传导速度（MCV）中正中神经与腓总神经以及感觉神经传导速度（SCV）中正中神经与腓总神经均较B组及治疗前升高（P＜0.05），密西根神经平分（MNCI）较前下降（P＜0.05）。结论甲钴胺联合a-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效好。
목적：관찰갑고알연합a-류신산치료당뇨병주위신경병변적료효。방법장납입연구적DPN환자분위실험조（A조，67례）조화대조조（B조，64례）조，재공제혈당적기출상，A조급여갑고알+a-류신산연합치료，B조급여유생소B1、유생소B12기내주사，3주후대량조진행평고。결과치료3주후A조운동신경전도속도（MCV）중정중신경여비총신경이급감각신경전도속도（SCV）중정중신경여비총신경균교B조급치료전승고（P＜0.05），밀서근신경평분（MNCI）교전하강（P＜0.05）。결론갑고알연합a-류신산치료당뇨병주위신경병변료효호。
Objective To investigate the effects of a-lipoic acid and Methylcobalamin in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods the 131 DPN patients were randomized in to the experiment group (A, n=67) and the control group (B, n=64) ,All subjects were basically treated for plasma glucose control,The A group was treated with methylcobalamin and a-lipoic acid,The B group was treated with Vitamin B1 and vitamin B12 injection after 3 week’ s treatments, the a ssessment of therapentic effect was done for evaluation Results After 3 week’s treatment,the motor nerve conduction Velocity(MCV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV)of median nerve and peroneal nerve were significantly higher in the experiment group than in the control group and than before treatment (P<0.05).and michigam Neuropathy Screening Instrment (MNSI) Scores were significantly lower (P<0.05). Conclusion A good trerapeutic effect is achieved in the treatment of DPN patients with methylcobalamin and a-lipoic acid.
