在现有的固定式开关中,自复位是近年出现的新的操作方式,因其结构复杂、难度大,而成为行业技术难点。“松下”同类琴键式开关采用了自复位原理,但它拥有发明专利。分析了其工作原理,指出了技术难点,根据国内现有工艺水平,提出了解决方案,为该技术的应用扫清了技术障碍。

The self-resetting is a new operating method in existing fixed-mounting switches. Because of complex structure,it becomes a diffcult technology in the whole industry. This article focuses on solving it. The piano-key-shaped switch of Panasonic uses self-resetting method with patent. This article analyzes its working principle and its difficulties,and successfully find out a solution which is suitable to current manufacturing status of China. This solution is different to the patent of Panasonic and can be applied with no infringement risk.
