针对加工制造有振动要求的滚动轴承,其直接影响振动指标的主要轴承零件(内圈、外圈)难以在生产过程中及时检测控制的问题,通过大量试验与理论推导分析,总结出一种可对轴承内、外圈在生产过程中进行及时、可靠的振动检测控制方法,该方法为使用圆度仪通过测量圆度值中15~500波的数值来考核轴承内、外圈沟道质量,从而达到控制轴承成品振动性能。
針對加工製造有振動要求的滾動軸承,其直接影響振動指標的主要軸承零件(內圈、外圈)難以在生產過程中及時檢測控製的問題,通過大量試驗與理論推導分析,總結齣一種可對軸承內、外圈在生產過程中進行及時、可靠的振動檢測控製方法,該方法為使用圓度儀通過測量圓度值中15~500波的數值來攷覈軸承內、外圈溝道質量,從而達到控製軸承成品振動性能。

Due to the fact that the main bearing components such as inner rings and outer rings which affect the vibration of rolling bearings are difficult to measure and control, based on various tests and theoretical analysis, the in-time and reliable measurement and control method for bearing inner rings and outer rings in production was hereby concluded. With this method, roundness tester is used to measure the roundness wave value of 15-500 so as to judge raceway quality of inner rings and outer rings and then to control the vibration performance of final finished bearings.
