研究了尾矿砂替代天然砂，并采用国产PVA纤维制水泥基复合材料的力学性能。环保型PVA水泥基复合材料在抗压方面，荷载达到峰值后试件可以继续承载而不使脆性破坏；材料在抗弯和拉伸试验方面，它的预测拉应变可以达到3.0%且为韧性材料和水泥基体在试件开裂后仍可以继续承载，表现出应变硬化的现象。试验结果表明：PVA尾矿砂水泥基复合材料在破坏时呈现多裂缝开裂，损伤小，整体性强，能量耗散力强的特点和纤维长度为12 mm和掺量为26 kg/m3时材料增强效果最佳。

It developes that PVA and the tail sand are made cement base composite material.Compressive strength test results show that the tail ore PVA cement base composite material specimen after the peak load can continue carrying without brittle failure.Bending and tensile test of tail ore PVA cement base composite material predicting tensile strain can reach 3.0% and it can continue after the specimen cracking load and haa strain hardening phenomenon.Experimental results show that PVA tail sand cement base composite materials has many cracks cracks,little injury and so on.when Fiber length is 12 mm and the dosage of 26 kg/m3,material enhancement effect is best.
