冲压拉深圆筒件的展开公式,原是以圆筒件表面积和圆板坯料面积相等为原则,由圆筒体分解成几个简单几何图形并计算其面积之和推导出来的,称为正向推导。引入林政武先生提出的“环料基本面积消化率”的概念,并从这个拉深变形新概念推导出圆筒件的展开公式,称之为反向推导。
遲壓拉深圓筒件的展開公式,原是以圓筒件錶麵積和圓闆坯料麵積相等為原則,由圓筒體分解成幾箇簡單幾何圖形併計算其麵積之和推導齣來的,稱為正嚮推導。引入林政武先生提齣的“環料基本麵積消化率”的概唸,併從這箇拉深變形新概唸推導齣圓筒件的展開公式,稱之為反嚮推導。

The expansion formula of deep drawing loop canister, is based on the principle that superficial area of loop canister is equal with circle slab material area,deduced by decomposing loop canister into several simple geometric shapes and calculating the sum of the areas, called positivederivation. The paper leads in the concept of loop material geometric area digestibility presented by Mr. Zhengwu Lin,and deduces the expansion formula of canister from this new concept of deep drawing deformation,called reversederivation.
