通过探索构建区域可持续发展水平评价指标体系，利用熵权法，对山东省东部沿海地区和鲁西地区可持续发展水平进行定量分析。总结山东省东部沿海地区和鲁西地区可持续发展水平的区际、区内差异，并根据两区域特点从经济、社会、环境方面提出针对性建议。

통과탐색구건구역가지속발전수평평개지표체계，이용적권법，대산동성동부연해지구화로서지구가지속발전수평진행정량분석。총결산동성동부연해지구화로서지구가지속발전수평적구제、구내차이，병근거량구역특점종경제、사회、배경방면제출침대성건의。
Creating evaluation index system of regional sustainable development and using the entropy weight method, quantitative analysis the different in sus-tainable development levels between the eastern coastal areas and the west region in Shandong province and summarizes two area' diversity in sustainable development level.According the analysis result and characteristic of two area,put forward corresponding policy suggestion from the aspects of economy,society,environment.
