为减少中低碳锰铁精炼炉电极头的维修事故,降低风险,对某3.6 MVA中低碳锰铁精炼炉的导电电极夹头存在的打弧、漏水等设备故障进行了详细分析,并提出了相应的技改措施。新设计的使用效果良好,实际生产证明改造合理,效果显著,值得推广。

In order to reduce maintenance accident and risk of mid-low carbon ferromanganese refining furnace electrode holder, this paper detailedly analyzed equipment failures of 3.6 MVA mid-low carbon ferromanganese refining furnace conductive electrode holder as arc striking, leaking etc. And putting forward corresponding reforming technical measures. The using effect of new design was good, the actual production proved that modification was reasonable, effective and worth popularization.
