通过在理论上探讨真空法生产氮化锰硅的反应机制,简述了氮化锰硅研发试验方法及产品使用效果。对于氮化锰硅合金中氮含量进行了多因素多条件的分析。提出氮化反应前提高炉内真空度、氮化过程阶段性升温、反应后期提高氮气压力及原料粒度合理控制等方式,都将使氮化锰硅产品含氮量提高并且缩短冶炼周期,达到提高产品质量及产量的效果。

It probes into the reaction mechanism of nitrided ferromanganese-silicon produced by vacuum method in theory, briefly introduces nitrided ferromanganese-silicon developing test method and its product effect. Analyses on nitrogen content in nitrided ferromanganese-silicon from multi-factor and multi-condition are made. Many measures as improving furnace vacuum degree, stage heating up in nitridation before reaction and increasing nitrogen pressure and controlling raw material size after reaction are put forward, which not only raise nitrogen content in nitrided ferromanganese-silicon but also shorten melting cycle. All these measures acquire better effect on improving product quality and output.
