本文主要研究了烟箱缺条检测系统软件设计方法。通过对数字图像处理技术的研究,并针对现场情况,提出了图像增强、纹理分析、模板匹配、直线检测等数字图像处理算法。基于视窗系统,在Visual C++开发平台上,设计了软件的体系结构,编写并调试了各功能模块。现场应用结果表明,系统满足设计要求,具有很高的检测精度和可靠性。

This paper studies design methods of detection system software of cigarette carton missing . Through digital image processing technique , and based on on-site situation , the digital image pro-cessing algorithms are Raised, such as, image enhancement, texture analysis, pattern matching, and line detection .Using windows-based system , and Visual C++development platform , software ar-chitecture is designed , and the various functional modules are written and debugged .Field application results show that the system can meet the design requirements , with a high detection accuracy and re-liability.
