目的:建立HPLC法测定薄荷苯酚软膏中苯酚的含量。方法:采用超声提取方法处理薄荷苯酚软膏,用HPLC法进行含量测定。色谱柱:Diamonsil C18柱(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水(60∶40),流速:1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长:271 nm,柱温:45℃。结果:苯酚在9~360μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999);样品平均回收率为100.2%,RSD为0.68%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于薄荷苯酚软膏中苯酚的含量测定。

목적:건립HPLC법측정박하분분연고중분분적함량。방법:채용초성제취방법처리박하분분연고,용HPLC법진행함량측정。색보주:Diamonsil C18주(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm),류동상:갑순-수(60∶40),류속:1.0 mL·min-1,검측파장:271 nm,주온:45℃。결과:분분재9~360μg·mL-1범위내선성관계량호(r=0.9999);양품평균회수솔위100.2%,RSD위0.68%(n=6)。결론:본방법간편、준학、중복성호,가용우박하분분연고중분분적함량측정。
Objective:To establish the HPLC method for determination of phenol in menthol-phenol ointment. Methods:The phenol in menthol-phenol ointment was extracted by ultrasonic method, and the content of phenol was determined by HPLC method. The analysis was carried out on a column of Diamonsil C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm) with mobile phase consisting of methanol-water (60∶40), the lfow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 271 nm, and the column temperature was 45℃. Results:Phenol showed a good linear relationship in the range of 9-360μg·mL-1 (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 100.2%with RSD of 0.68%(n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and repeatable, which is suitable for the content determination of phenol in menthol-phenol ointment.
