提高设备利用率是高等学校普遍存在的管理难题。以山东农业大学为蓝本，立足学校实际情况，探索并实践了大型仪器设备共享平台运行措施，建立了仪器设备信息共享、激励和监控机制。几年来的运行表明：提高了仪器设备的利用率，为教学质量、科研水平、学科建设奠定了基础。

The widespread management problems is to increase equipment utilization in the colleges and universities.
