介绍新形势下我国针织服装产业发展面临的困境及企业对人才需求的现状，以及目前高校针织服装人才培养模式面临的挑战。从针织服装产业是文化创意产业的重要部分及针织服装人才培养是推动针织服装产业发展的动力两方面论述了文化创意产业与高校针织服装人才培养的关系。最后提出基于文化创意产业背景下高校针织服装人才培育发展策略，即从确立创意人才培养目标、搭建产学研合作平台、完善实践教学体系等角度，积极探索复合型针织服装专业人才的培养思路，从而实现高校针织服装教育与文化创意产业之间的双赢。

This paper introduces the development of the knitting clothing industry in China under the new situa-tion facing the predicament and the present situation of the demand for talent, and knitting clothing talent training pattern in colleges and universities are faced with the challenge. Knitted apparel industry is an important part of cultural creative industry and knitting clothing talent training is the power to promote the development of knitted ap-parel industry. These two aspects have effects on the relationship between cultural creative industry and universities knitwear personnel training. Finally proposed knitting clothing talent development strategy in colleges and universities under the background of cultural creative industry, from the angles of establish creative talents training target, build industry-university-institute cooperation platform, improve the practice teaching system, actively explore the cultivation of the knitting clothing professional talents, in order to achieve the knitting clothing win-win between e-ducation and the cultural creative industry.
