目的调查乳腺癌患者围手术期对临床护理的满意度与康复效果的相关性,评估乳腺癌患者围手术期临床护理干预的效果.方法应用问卷形式向44位乳腺癌患者对围手术期护士的护理质量、工作能力、关爱与沟通、健康教育四个方面进行满意度的评价,同时对患者的康复情况进行跟踪调查,并进行统计分析.结果当患者护理的总体满意度高,对护理认同感强时,患者出现的心理问题较少,手术后的康复效果较好,并发症也相对较少.结论乳腺癌患者围手术期的护理质量直接影响患者的康复状况和生存质量.在围手术期实施优质的临床护理工作,能明显提高临床的治疗效果,有利于患者顺利渡过围手术期,提高患者的生存质量,促进患者的身心健康.

Objectives To investigate the correlation between breast cancer patients' satisfaction about clinical care and the rehabilitation effect,and to assess the effect of clinical nursing intervention on perioperative patients with breast cancer.Methods 44 patients were recruited to complete questionnaires,covering satisfactory about nursing care quality,working ability,care and communication and health education.The results were statistically analyzed with the patients' rehabilitation situation.Results Patients who were more satisfied with the nursing care would get better rehabilitation.In the meantime,the patients would have less psychological problems and complications.Conclusion The quality of nursing care within the perioperative period will directly affect the breast cancer patients' rehabilitation and their quality of life (QOL).Performing good clinical nursing care during the patients' perioperative time will elevate the clinical efficacy,increase the patients' physical and mental health status,and improve their QOL.
