目的：探讨超声刀在乳腺癌改良根治术中的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我科2012年8月至2013年4月行乳腺癌改良根治术的临床资料150例，其中采用了超声刀手术组76例，常规电刀组74例，比较2组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流管留置时间、术区疼痛的发生率、淋巴瘘发生率、皮下异物感。结果采用超声刀组手术时间、术后引流管留置时间均短于常规电刀组（P ＜0.05），术中出血量、疼痛发生率、淋巴瘘发生率、皮下异物感均少于常规电刀组（P ＜0.05）。结论超声刀用于乳腺癌改良根治术中可有效地缩短手术时间，减少术中及术后并发症。
목적：탐토초성도재유선암개량근치술중적림상효과。방법회고성분석아과2012년8월지2013년4월행유선암개량근치술적림상자료150례，기중채용료초성도수술조76례，상규전도조74례，비교2조환자적수술시간、술중출혈량、술후인류관류치시간、술구동통적발생솔、림파루발생솔、피하이물감。결과채용초성도조수술시간、술후인류관류치시간균단우상규전도조（P ＜0.05），술중출혈량、동통발생솔、림파루발생솔、피하이물감균소우상규전도조（P ＜0.05）。결론초성도용우유선암개량근치술중가유효지축단수술시간，감소술중급술후병발증。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of UAS on the modified radical mastectomy of breast cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 150 patients who received the modified radical mas-tectomy from August 2012 to April 2013.The 150 patients were divided into two groups:76 cases subjected to ul-trasonic knife (UAS),74 cases subjected to electrotome.Operating time,blood loss,postoperative indwelling time of drainage tube,incidence rates of postoperative pain,lymphatic fistula and hypophloeodal foreign body sen-sation of the two groups were compared.Results The operating time and postoperative indwelling time of drain-age tube in group UAS was dramatically decreased compared with group electrotome (P <0.05).Blood loss,inci-dence rates of postoperative pain,lymphatic fistula and hypophloeodal foreign body sensation in group UAS were less than those of group electrotome (P <0.05).Conclusion The UAS used in the modified radical mastectomy can effectively shorten the operation time and reduce complications during and after operations.
