对某SUV发动机罩优化前后进行了NVH模态性能研究。建立了车型发动机罩有限元模型,利用NASTRAN软件对车型发动机罩进行了前6阶模态分析,计算结果表明,优化后的发动机罩在满足EuroNCAP行人头部保护性能的前提下能够同时兼顾NV H模态性能,从而为开发以EuroNCAP五星行人头部保护为目标的车型提供改进与评价参考。
對某SUV髮動機罩優化前後進行瞭NVH模態性能研究。建立瞭車型髮動機罩有限元模型,利用NASTRAN軟件對車型髮動機罩進行瞭前6階模態分析,計算結果錶明,優化後的髮動機罩在滿足EuroNCAP行人頭部保護性能的前提下能夠同時兼顧NV H模態性能,從而為開髮以EuroNCAP五星行人頭部保護為目標的車型提供改進與評價參攷。

The NVH performance of SUV is evaluated base on European New Car Assessment Program (EuroNCAP) pedestrian protection five star criterion .The front body of CAE model was built according to EuroNCAP ,and the model was correlated very well with the test based on the data of acceleration .In order to improve the performance for pedestrian head impact ,the op-timization proposal was provided after analyzing the results .It is showed that the pedestrian head impact performance of the SUV was enhanced significantly after the optimization implemented , and the result also can be a guideline for vehicle pedestrian head performance improvement .
