目的 探讨CD5+B淋巴细胞在梅毒血清固定患者中的意义.方法 应用流式细胞仪检测血清转阴组(69例)和血清固定组(63例)外周血CD5+、CD19+、CD5+ CD19+淋巴细胞的百分率;测定两组体液免疫功能,与健康对照组比较.结果 血清固定组CD5+B淋巴细胞百分率[(14.66±3.45)%]、IgM[(13.98±3.29)g/L]比健康对照组[(11.79±3.44)%、(12.26±3.19) g/L]和血清转阴组[(12.43±3.77)%、(12.35±3.11)g/L]升高(t=5.97、6.34、4.51、5.73,均P<0.01),血清转阴组CD5+B淋巴细胞百分率与健康对照差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 外周血CD5+B淋巴细胞比例增高造成的免疫学异常在梅毒血清固定的发生、发展中可能起着一定的作用.

목적 탐토CD5+B림파세포재매독혈청고정환자중적의의.방법 응용류식세포의검측혈청전음조(69례)화혈청고정조(63례)외주혈CD5+、CD19+、CD5+ CD19+림파세포적백분솔;측정량조체액면역공능,여건강대조조비교.결과 혈청고정조CD5+B림파세포백분솔[(14.66±3.45)%]、IgM[(13.98±3.29)g/L]비건강대조조[(11.79±3.44)%、(12.26±3.19) g/L]화혈청전음조[(12.43±3.77)%、(12.35±3.11)g/L]승고(t=5.97、6.34、4.51、5.73,균P<0.01),혈청전음조CD5+B림파세포백분솔여건강대조차이무통계학의의(P>0.05).결론 외주혈CD5+B림파세포비례증고조성적면역학이상재매독혈청고정적발생、발전중가능기착일정적작용.
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of CD5+ B-lymphocyte subset detection in the patients with syphilis serofast.Methods The percentages of peripheral blood CD5+,CD19+,CD5+ CD19+ lymphocyte in the blood serum darkening group (69 cases) and in the serofast group (63 cases) were detected by flow cytometry.The humoral immune function of both groups were assayed and compared with the healthy control group.Results The serum CD5+B lymphocyte percentage in fixed group [(14.66 ± 3.45) %],IgM [(13.98 ± 3.29) g/L] was significantly higher than that in healthy control group[(11.79 ± 3.44)%,(12.26 ± 3.19) g/L] and seroconversion group [(12.43 ±3.77)%,(12.35 ±3.11)g/L] (t =5.97,6.34,4.51,5.73,all P <0.01).In serum negative group,CD5+ B lymphocyte percentage compared with healthy controls showed no significant difference (P > 0.05).Conclusion The increase of CD5+ B-Lymphocyte in peripheral blood may play a certain role in the generation and progression of serofast.
