目的：总结1例高龄髋关节后脱位病人的护理方法与体会。方法：回顾性分析我院2013年11月6日收治的1例高龄髋关节后脱位病人的护理方法与临床治疗经验。结果：本例高龄髋关节后脱位病人经过静脉全麻下右髋关节脱位闭合复位加右胫骨结节骨牵引术，术后经过精心护理，患者未发生任何并发症治愈出院。结论：术后精心护理的介入是预防各种并发症，保证患者能够顺利康复的关键。
目的：總結1例高齡髖關節後脫位病人的護理方法與體會。方法：迴顧性分析我院2013年11月6日收治的1例高齡髖關節後脫位病人的護理方法與臨床治療經驗。結果：本例高齡髖關節後脫位病人經過靜脈全痳下右髖關節脫位閉閤複位加右脛骨結節骨牽引術，術後經過精心護理，患者未髮生任何併髮癥治愈齣院。結論：術後精心護理的介入是預防各種併髮癥，保證患者能夠順利康複的關鍵。
목적：총결1례고령관관절후탈위병인적호리방법여체회。방법：회고성분석아원2013년11월6일수치적1례고령관관절후탈위병인적호리방법여림상치료경험。결과：본례고령관관절후탈위병인경과정맥전마하우관관절탈위폐합복위가우경골결절골견인술，술후경과정심호리，환자미발생임하병발증치유출원。결론：술후정심호리적개입시예방각충병발증，보증환자능구순리강복적관건。
Objective:To summarize the methods and experience of a case of an elder patient with posterior dislocation of hip joint . Methods:Nursing methods and clinical experience of an elder patient with posterior hip dislocation in our hospital on November 6, 2013 were analyzed retrospectively .Results:With good post -operative care , the elder patient soon recovered after closing reduction of right dislocation of hip joint in general anesthesia and skeletal traction through tubercle of right tibia , and discharged from hospital without any complications.Conclusion:Good nursing intervention of postoperative should be a key to prevent a variety of complications and convalesce nicely during the course of the syndrome .
