利用差示扫描量热仪、偏光显微镜和力学性能测试研究了不同成核剂对聚甲醛(POM)结构和性能的影响。结果表明,选用的无机成核剂均能有效地减小POM球晶尺寸,提高POM的结晶峰温度及缺口冲击强度,其中以滑石粉的成核效果最为显著。滑石粉使POM最大结晶温度由141.2℃提高到145.5℃,球晶平均尺寸约为未加成核剂的POM球晶尺寸的1/4,缺口冲击强度从5.12 kJ/m2增加到6.21 kJ/m2。

이용차시소묘량열의、편광현미경화역학성능측시연구료불동성핵제대취갑철(POM)결구화성능적영향。결과표명,선용적무궤성핵제균능유효지감소POM구정척촌,제고POM적결정봉온도급결구충격강도,기중이활석분적성핵효과최위현저。활석분사POM최대결정온도유141.2℃제고도145.5℃,구정평균척촌약위미가성핵제적POM구정척촌적1/4,결구충격강도종5.12 kJ/m2증가도6.21 kJ/m2。
Effects of different nucleators on structure and property of POM were studied by means of differential scanning calorimetry,polarizing microscopy,tensile strength test and notched impact strength test. The results show that selected inorganic nucleators decrease spherocrystal size of POM. Nucleators can improve crystallization peak temperature and notched impact strength. Especially talcum powder has most obvious nucleating effect, it makes crystallization peak temperature of POM increase from 141.2℃to 145.5℃,spherocrystal size decrease to 1/4 of POM without nucleator,notched impact strength improve from 5.12 kJ/m2 to 6.21 kJ/m2.
