The arc core-pulling structure and linear core-pulling structure were adopted in injection mold design of sleeve cap, the action key points of arc core-pulling was analyzed, the design process of important parts in the mold was expounded and the mold met demoulding request of the sleeve cap. The practice proves that the mold structure is reasonable with arc core-pulling demoulding smoothly, the mold can adapt to mass production and products have no defects.
