基于Moldflow有限元分析平台,构建了B柱上装饰板汽车塑料内饰件有限元分析模型,对该塑料件注塑过程中的熔体流动、材料冷却等进行了仿真计算,预先判定了塑料件的翘曲变形量以及熔接痕、气穴等成型缺陷出现的位置。通过对注射成型工艺中保压曲线的优化设计,降低了该塑料件的翘曲变形量,提高了塑料件的几何精度。

A finite element(FE) simulation model to simulate injection process of a kind of B-column decorative board was established on the Moldflow platform. The filling and cooling analysis of the plastic part during plastic injection molding(PIM) were performed. The weld line and cavitation of the part during PIM were also predicted by the established FE simulation model. As one of the most important evaluation index for the quality of plastic part,warpage was taken into consideration. Warpage of the B-column decorative board was decreased by optimizing the packing pressure during PIM and the geometric precision of the plastic parts was improved.
