研究了聚碳酸酯(PC)/丙烯腈–丁二烯–苯乙烯塑料(ABS)粗化工艺对粗化效果和电镀剥离力的影响。研究发现,电镀过程的粗化效果,主要是受温度和粗化时间的影响。当粗化温度为64℃时,粗化时间为14 min,可获得良好的表面粗化效果和高的电镀剥离力,其平均电镀剥离力高达9 N/cm。粗化时间过短会导致粗化不足,粗化时间过长会导致粗化过度。粗化时间为10 min时,粗化温度越高,平均电镀剥离力越低。

Effects of etching conditions on the roughening effect and adhesion force of plating PC/ABS alloy were investigated. The results indicate that the roughening effect is mainly affected by etching temperature and time. When the temperature is 64 ℃and the proper etching time is 14 min, a good roughening effect and plating adhesion force can be obtained, the average plating adhesion force is 9 N/cm. The etching is not enough when the etching time is shorter and the etching is excessive when the etching time is longer. When the etching time is 10 min, the average plating adhesion force is smaller as increasing the etching temperature.
