在壁面滑移的边界条件下,利用流体有限元分析软件Polyflow,采用Giesekus本构方程,对L型塑料异型材进行了三维等温共挤出数值模拟。分析了滑移系数对共挤出胀大和粘性包围、口模出口面的剪切速率场及共挤出口模压力降的影响。研究表明,随着滑移系数的增大,共挤出胀大和粘性包围、口模出口面的最大剪切速率及口模压力降也逐渐增大,且滑移系数介于105和108之间时增速最大;滑移系数越小,共挤出制品质量越好。

Numerical study of three-dimensional isothermal L-shaped polymer co-extrusion under wall slip boundary condition was performed by using Polyflow and Giesekus constitutive equation. The effects of different wall slip coefficients on die swell and viscous encapsulation, shear-rate field at the die exit and pressure drop in the die were discussed. The simulation results show that die swell and viscous encapsulation, maximum shear-rate at the die exit,pressure drop in the die,increase as the wall slip coefficient increase,and the maximal increasing speed appeared when the wall slip coefficient is between 105 and 108. The quality of L-shape co-extrusion product is better with the wall slip coefficient decreasing.
