比较了5种等规度不同的等规聚丁烯–1的拉伸性能,并以性能较好的等规度为98%,熔体流动速率为0.5 g/10 min的等规聚丁烯–1为例,研究了两种不同粒径的超细硫酸钡对其力学性能的影响。结果表明,当超细硫酸钡298–BT质量分数为7%时,等规聚丁烯–1的缺口冲击强度由49.25 kJ/m2提高到58.44 kJ/m2。通过观察超细硫酸钡粒子形态及其在等规聚丁烯–1中的分散状况及材料断面形态,发现粒径较小的硫酸钡在聚丁烯–1中容易发生团聚,合适的粒径有助于提高聚丁烯–1的缺口冲击强度。

The tensile properties of five kinds of isotactic polybutylene-1 with different isotacticities were compared,and the isotactic polybutylene-1 with its isotacticity being 98 and MFR being 0.5 g/10 min had a best performance. The influences of two ultrafine barium sulfates with different sizes on the mechanical properties of isotactic polybutylene-1 were investigated. The results show that when the mass fraction of ultrafine of barium sulfate 298–BT is 7%,the notched impact strength of polybutylene-1 increases from 49.25 kJ/m2 to 58.44 kJ/m2. By using scanning electric microscope,the shapes and dispersions of ultrafine barium sulfate,as well as morphologies of the fracture surface,are found that smaller particle size of barium sulfate are prone to reunion in polybutylene-1,suitable particle size distribution are helpful to improve the impact strength of polybutylene-1.
