甜菜纸筒育苗移栽面积逐年扩大,移栽时必要的水分补充对提高移栽苗的成活率、缩短缓苗期和保证移栽苗以良好状况进入叶丛快速生长期具有重要意义和关键作用。针对甜菜纸筒移栽苗补水特殊性和半干旱地理条件,研制了一种以注射式补水原理为基础的补水装置,利用感应器控制电磁阀在鸭嘴式栽植器插入地下时开关打开,实施补水作业;在鸭嘴式栽植器拔离地面时结束补水作业,一穴一浇,实现了在移栽苗主根根部施水,形成球状湿土包裹,大大增加土壤含水量且水分位于地下,蒸发缓慢,储存时间长,可至缓苗期完成。
甜菜紙筒育苗移栽麵積逐年擴大,移栽時必要的水分補充對提高移栽苗的成活率、縮短緩苗期和保證移栽苗以良好狀況進入葉叢快速生長期具有重要意義和關鍵作用。針對甜菜紙筒移栽苗補水特殊性和半榦旱地理條件,研製瞭一種以註射式補水原理為基礎的補水裝置,利用感應器控製電磁閥在鴨嘴式栽植器插入地下時開關打開,實施補水作業;在鴨嘴式栽植器拔離地麵時結束補水作業,一穴一澆,實現瞭在移栽苗主根根部施水,形成毬狀濕土包裹,大大增加土壤含水量且水分位于地下,蒸髮緩慢,儲存時間長,可至緩苗期完成。

Beet Seedling Transplanting area has expanded each year , When transplanting the necessary water supplemen-tation on improving seedling transplanting survival rate , shorten seedling and transplanting seedlings to ensure good condi-tion to enter into the phase of rapid growth has important significance and key role. This paper according to Beet Seed-ling Transplanting replenishment particularity and semi arid geographic conditions ,Research and development a injection type underground water replenishing device based on the principle of water supplement device ,when the duckbill type planting apparatus is inserted into the ground ,the electromagnetic valve switch under control of the sensor is opened to implement replenishment operations and is closed when the duckbill type planting apparatus is pulled out of the ground . A hole in a pouring,The apparatus achieved in watering at the root of transplant seedlings root ,formation of globular in-clusions in wet soil and greatly increasing soil water content .Water in underground evaporated slowly and can be storaged long time untill the seedling completed.
