目前,我国中部平原地区小麦田套种基本仍是人工作业,现有的播种机械大都需要与拖拉机配套使用,因而无法进行小麦套间播种,而人工套种效率低,劳动强度大。为此,利用 Solidworks 虚拟仿真技术设计了一种具有独立行走功能的新型小麦套种播种机。该机主要由排种机构、行走机构、传动机构、动力系统和底盘等几部分组成,能够自行走,通过性好,可进行小麦套种大豆、玉米等。该播种机结构合理,为我国中原地区小麦套种提供了技术支持。

Intercropping in wheat fields is artificial job in China's central plain area at present , and farm machinery mostly support the use of tractors, so they cannot be suite of Intercropping in wheat fields .Besides its poor efficiency and large labor intensity during harvest , artificial job can hardly form scale economy or increase farmers'income.As to this problem, we used Solidworks simulation to design a new type of intercropping wheat seeder which has self -propelled function with.This machine consists of sowing mechanism , walking mechanism, transmission mechanism, Power train, chassis, and other components.It has good passing ability with self-propelled function, and it can interplant corn, soy bean, etc.with wheat.The structure of this seeding-machine is reasonable, provide technical support for China's Cen-tral Plains wheat intercropping.
