玉米、秸秆被处理之后,根茬仍留在耕地中,影响后期的耕作及农作物播种。为达到保护性耕作的要求,设计出一种玉米根茬粉碎还田机械刀具系统,可将根茬粉碎于田间。该刀具系统由刀片、刀盘和刀轴组成。刀具刃口设计为阿基米德螺旋线,减少了切削阻力,提高了切削效率。刀盘布置为“倒 W”排布,保证灭茬连续、无遗漏的同时使得径向跳动微小,并对其进行Pro/E 4.0建模,导入ANSYS 13.0/Workbench 中,进行模态分析和应力分析和应变分析。分析结果表明,该刀具系统满足工作要求。该刀具系统的设计可为玉米的保护性耕作提供一定的理论依据。

When the corns are harvested and the stalks are dealt with , the stubble in the farm will influence the tillage and seeding of crops.In order to meet Conservation Tillage , a system of corn stubble smashing cutters is designed .The system is comprised of cutters, cutters disks and cutters shaft .The cutter edge curve is designed as Archimedes spiral , which decrease cutting resistance and improves cutting efficiency .The arrange of disks is similar to d“inverse W”, which is benefit to the succession and no-leaving out when smashing and enables the diameter jump tiny .Modeling them with Pro/E, modal analysis, stress analysis and strain analysis are done after imported into ANSYS 13.0/Workbench.The design provides certain inference and theory basis for the Conservation Tillage of corn .
