　　2004年实施的《中华人民共和国农业机械化促进法》中明确提出农业机械试验鉴定机构应当公布具有适用性、安全性和可靠性的农业机械产品的检测结果，为农民和农业生产经营组织选购先进适用的农业机械提供信息。对于安全性和可靠性，已有较完善的技术标准，而对适用性的定量判定还是空白。为此，分析了旋耕深松灭茬起垄机适用性的影响因素，确定了适用性的性能指标及权重，为下一步评价方法的研究奠定了基础。
