水田筑埂是水田作业的重要环节之一,好的田埂不仅能够节约水资源,而且能够提高粮食产量。机械筑埂与人工筑埂相比,既保证了筑埂质量,节约了成本,又提高了筑埂效率。为此,对所设计的水田筑埂装置的旋耕集土装置、推压筑埂装置和侧向力抵消装置进行了工作原理阐述和受力分析。同时,对推压圆盘所受的侧向力和如何抵消该侧向力进行了研究,旨在为我国水田筑耕机具的研制提供参考。

Paddy field ridging is one of the important part of the paddy field operations , good ridge can not only save wa-ter resources, but also to increase food production.Compared with hand ridging , mechanical ridging not only ensure the quality of ridging and cost savings , but also improves the efficiency of ridging .This paper offsets the introduction of the works and force analysis of the designed paddy field ridging device ’s rotary tillage earth-gathering device, pushing rid-ging device and lateral force offset device .Further introduces the lateral force suffered by the pushing disc and how to off-set the lateral force.The study has some practical guiding significance for the development of paddy field ridging device and mechanization of rice production of our country .
