在矿井提升机的控制过程中,液压站对其设备的安全起着重要的作用。针对矿井提升机液压控制不精确的现状,油压过程大滞后、非线性等特点,利用现代控制技术,设计专家系统PID控制算法,实现了液压站的闭环控制,压力得到精确控制,取得良好的效果。
在礦井提升機的控製過程中,液壓站對其設備的安全起著重要的作用。針對礦井提升機液壓控製不精確的現狀,油壓過程大滯後、非線性等特點,利用現代控製技術,設計專傢繫統PID控製算法,實現瞭液壓站的閉環控製,壓力得到精確控製,取得良好的效果。

In the control process of mine hoist system, the hydraulic station directly affects the safety of mine hoisting machine. Aiming at the current situation of the inaccurate control of hydraulic system of mine hoisting machine, and the characteristics of large time delay of the process and nonlinearity, the closed-loop control of the hydraulic station is realized based on modern control technology, the expert systems and PID control algorithm. So the process is precisely controlled and good results are obtained.
