数控雕铣机床身静刚度直接影响机床的加工精度。以GSFD6050雕铣机床身为例,提出该床身结构两种改进方案,并且对改进后的结构进行有限元分析。静力分析结果表明改进后结构在静刚度方面有所提高,并且改进后床身质量下降31%,实现GSFD6050雕铣机床身的结构优化。

The static stiffness of CNC engraving and milling machine bed, directly affect processing quality of the machine tool. With bed of the GSFD6050 CNC engraving and milling machine as an example, two improved bed schemes are presented which had analyzed by finite element analysis model.The result of static analysis indicate that the static stiffness of improved bed become better,In addition, the structural weight of the improved bed reduces 31%,realizing the structure optimization of bed of the GSFD6050 CNC engraving and milling machin.
