针对新型无机房电梯曳引系统轮系尺寸大幅减小,传统设计理念难以满足负荷能力问题,进行反绳轮(及导向轮)支承轴承与传输带轮功能组合设计,满足无机房电梯有限限位空间下承载能力和可靠性要求,实现电梯曳引传输系统带轮传递作用与轴承减摩作用有机结合。
針對新型無機房電梯抴引繫統輪繫呎吋大幅減小,傳統設計理唸難以滿足負荷能力問題,進行反繩輪(及導嚮輪)支承軸承與傳輸帶輪功能組閤設計,滿足無機房電梯有限限位空間下承載能力和可靠性要求,實現電梯抴引傳輸繫統帶輪傳遞作用與軸承減摩作用有機結閤。
침대신형무궤방전제예인계통륜계척촌대폭감소,전통설계이념난이만족부하능력문제,진행반승륜(급도향륜)지승축승여전수대륜공능조합설계,만족무궤방전제유한한위공간하승재능력화가고성요구,실현전제예인전수계통대륜전체작용여축승감마작용유궤결합。
In terms of the issue that classical design concept hardly satisfied the load capacity when dimensions of hoist system reduced on new types of non-machine room elevator,combined-performance of support pulley and mast pulley is designed to satisfy the load capacity and reliability requirement in limited space of non-machine room elevator, in order to realize the optimized combination of pulley transmission performance of elevator hoist system and the performance of friction reduction of bearings.
