目的：分析靶控麻醉对直肠癌根治术患者生命体征及免疫功能的影响。方法选取2011年1月-2012年6月间本院收治并接受直肠癌根治术患者26例，对患者麻醉后生命体征及外周血血清白介素6（IL-6），肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-α），调节性 T 细胞（Tregs）进行分析。结果患者生命体征各指标均有变化，术中与术前、术后1 h 分别比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；血清 IL-6、TNF-α浓度术中与术前、术后1 h 分别比较差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；Tregs 表达水平术中较术前明显升高（P ＜0．05），术后1 h 与术中比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。结论靶控麻醉对患者生命体征具有一定影响，应注意监测术中各项生命指标，以防止并发症发生，对免疫功能有短期影响，但恢复较快，不会造成长期免疫功能降低。
목적：분석파공마취대직장암근치술환자생명체정급면역공능적영향。방법선취2011년1월-2012년6월간본원수치병접수직장암근치술환자26례，대환자마취후생명체정급외주혈혈청백개소6（IL-6），종류배사인자（TNF-α），조절성 T 세포（Tregs）진행분석。결과환자생명체정각지표균유변화，술중여술전、술후1 h 분별비교차이균유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；혈청 IL-6、TNF-α농도술중여술전、술후1 h 분별비교차이균유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）；Tregs 표체수평술중교술전명현승고（P ＜0．05），술후1 h 여술중비교차이무통계학의의（P ＞0．05）。결론파공마취대환자생명체정구유일정영향，응주의감측술중각항생명지표，이방지병발증발생，대면역공능유단기영향，단회복교쾌，불회조성장기면역공능강저。
Objective To explore the influence of target controlled infusion (TCI)on physi-cal sign and immunologic function of the patients with radical resection of rectal carcinoma.Methods Post-anesthetic physical sign,levels of IL-6 and TNF-αand change of Tregs in 26 patients with radical resection of rectal carcinoma were analyzed.Results There were significant differences of every index of physical sign and levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin patients between intraoperative period and preoperative and one hour after operation (P <0.05).There was significant difference of level of Tregs between intraoperative period and preoperative period(P <0.05).Conclusion TCI shows a certain influence on physical sign of patients,and each index of physical sign should be monitored carefully in order to avoid the incidence of complications.Meanwhile,it shows a short-term influ-ence on the immune function as well,but depending on rapid recovery,this influence won′t cause a long-term decline of immune function.
