对紫金县2013年水灾中绿化作用“问题”进行了探讨,提出下述观点:①森林树木本身在雨水分配中,减少降水水量作用是有限的,只有森林土壤才能起到调节径流、减少径流和蓄水防洪作用,而森林土壤需要森林一定时间培育才能形成;②不是任何林型都能够造就森林土壤所特有的土壤结构,只有天然林、生态林、水保林等混交林、乔灌草等复层植物群落下,才能培育出良好的透水、蓄水、调节地面径流、涵养水源的森林土壤。并提出了相应的抚育管理和改造林型的建议。

대자금현2013년수재중녹화작용“문제”진행료탐토,제출하술관점:①삼림수목본신재우수분배중,감소강수수량작용시유한적,지유삼림토양재능기도조절경류、감소경류화축수방홍작용,이삼림토양수요삼림일정시간배육재능형성;②불시임하림형도능구조취삼림토양소특유적토양결구,지유천연림、생태림、수보림등혼교림、교관초등복층식물군락하,재능배육출량호적투수、축수、조절지면경류、함양수원적삼림토양。병제출료상응적무육관리화개조림형적건의。
afforestation Problem in Zijin flood in 2013 was discussed in this paper .Conclusions have been made as follow:the func-tion of forest in the distribution and interception of rainfall was limited .Only the forest soil could regulate runoff , storage rain and prevent flood , but it needs a long time to form forest soil .Only soil under mixed forest , such as nature forest , ecological forest , for-est used for soil and water conservation and so on , and complex plant communities composed of trees , shrubs and grasses can form the peculiar texture owning to forest soil that can be permeated well by water , regulate stream flow and conserve water recourses . Suggestions on the forest cultivation , management and transformation is also put forward .
