为解决东翼+120m水平的运输、排水及其通风问题,金刚煤矿决定在该矿西翼+120m水平作石门至东翼,其施工顺利与否影响着矿井延深及深部生产开拓布署。通过分析矿区水文地质条件、构造及水害的形成方式,提出了物探先导、探放水跟进,增加排水能力,优化巷道布置的综合防治水技术,从而解决了须家河二段(T3xj2)砂岩水和雷口坡(T2l)灰岩水对石门安全工作的影响,石门于2013年3月12日安全穿过了5号和6号陷落柱间须家河二段(T3xj2)砂岩裂隙发育区,进入须家河三段(T3xj3)隔水层,为矿井安全生产奠定了基础。

To solve issues of the east wing+120m level transportation, drainage and ventilation, the Jingang coalmine has determined to opening-out a crossheading from west wing+120m level to east wing, going well or not of the operation is impacting new level develop-ment and deep part production developing deployment. Through analyses of mine area hydrogeological conditions, structures and water hazard generation type, put forward comprehensive water hazard prevention and control technologies from leading by geophysical pros-pecting, following up by water detection and dewatering, then improving drainage capacity, optimizing roadway arrangement, thus solved the impacts from Xujiahe Formation second member (T3xj2) sandstone water and Leikoupo Formation (T2l) limestone water on crossheading safety opening-out. The crossheading has safely penetrated Xujiahe Formation second member (T3xj2) sandstone devel-oped area between subsided columns Nos.5 and 6, then entered into Xujiahe Formation third member (T3xj3) aquifuge, thus settled a foundation for coalmine safety in production.
