2011年5月30日,柠条塔矿S1210工作面在推采至距切眼61m时,初次来压顶板大面积出水,至6月2日,水量达1200m3/h。该水量在干旱少雨、地下水资源匮乏的陕北矿区十分罕见,也与矿井北翼及南翼北部的情况不同,因此需要进行水文地质补充勘探工作。补勘结果表明,工作面突水的通道是2-2煤开采后形成的冒落带和导水裂隙带,直接水源是延安组砂岩水和直罗组砂岩水,间接水源包括第四系松散层水及烧变岩水。基于补勘成果还不能明确S1210面恢复生产方案是在强排下继续开采,还是甩开大水区域重开切眼,该矿又进行了探放水工作,并利用探放水钻孔进行了放水试验和工作面涌水量数值模拟计算。最后综合考虑将矿井防治水和恢复生产的方案确定为封闭突水点,重新开切眼。恢复生产后的实际开采发现,S1210面涌水量未超过100m3/h,防治水效果明显。目前工作面已实现了安全回采。
2011年5月30日,檸條塔礦S1210工作麵在推採至距切眼61m時,初次來壓頂闆大麵積齣水,至6月2日,水量達1200m3/h。該水量在榦旱少雨、地下水資源匱乏的陝北礦區十分罕見,也與礦井北翼及南翼北部的情況不同,因此需要進行水文地質補充勘探工作。補勘結果錶明,工作麵突水的通道是2-2煤開採後形成的冒落帶和導水裂隙帶,直接水源是延安組砂巖水和直囉組砂巖水,間接水源包括第四繫鬆散層水及燒變巖水。基于補勘成果還不能明確S1210麵恢複生產方案是在彊排下繼續開採,還是甩開大水區域重開切眼,該礦又進行瞭探放水工作,併利用探放水鑽孔進行瞭放水試驗和工作麵湧水量數值模擬計算。最後綜閤攷慮將礦井防治水和恢複生產的方案確定為封閉突水點,重新開切眼。恢複生產後的實際開採髮現,S1210麵湧水量未超過100m3/h,防治水效果明顯。目前工作麵已實現瞭安全迴採。

A large area water inrush had happened at first weighting roof when the working face S1210 in Ningtiaota coalmine advanced to 61m ahead of open-off cut on May 30, 2011, and the amount of water up to 1 200 m3/h till June 2. This amount of inflow is particular-ly uncommon in the drought and lack of groundwater northern Shaanxi mine area, also different from both north and south wings of the coalmine, thus supplementary hydrogeological exploration is needed. The exploration result has shown that the water inrush channel is caving zone and water conducted zone formed by the winning of coal No.2-2;while the direct water sources have Yanan Formation sand-stone and Zhiluo Formation sandstone aquifers, indirect water sources have Quaternary loose bed and burnt rock aquifers. But depend only on the result of exploration is insufficient to decide the resumption scheme whether continuing the mining under strong drainage or keep away from the inundated area and over again the open-off cut. So that, the water detection and drainage carried out, and using the boreholes to do outflow test and working face inflow numerical simulation computing. Finally has decided the resumption scheme to block out the water inrush points and over again the open-off cut. The practice has found that after the resumption, water inflow of the working face S1210 is not in excess of 100m3/h, thus the effect is obvious. At present, the working face safety in winning is realized.
