目的：探索中医手法治疗脊髓型颈椎病的疗效与安全性。方法对34例脊髓型颈椎病患者运用整脊推拿手法治疗，并进行疗效观察。结果总有效率97.06%，所有病例未出现不良反应。结论中医手法治疗脊髓型颈椎病是一种安全有效的治疗方法。
목적：탐색중의수법치료척수형경추병적료효여안전성。방법대34례척수형경추병환자운용정척추나수법치료，병진행료효관찰。결과총유효솔97.06%，소유병례미출현불량반응。결론중의수법치료척수형경추병시일충안전유효적치료방법。
Objective To probe into the curative effect and safety of treating cervical spondylotic m yelopathy with traditional C hinese m edicine m anipulation.Methods 34 cases with cervical spondylotic myelopathy w ere treated with chiropractic m assage therapy,and the cu-rative effect observation was conducted .Results The total effective rate was 97 .06% ,and none of the cases had adverse reaction .Conclu-sion Treating cervical spondylotic m yelopathy with traditional C hinese m edicine m anipulation is a safe and effective treatm ent m ethod .
