Lycium barbarum polysaccharides%extraction%response surface analysis
本文以枸杞多糖的提取得率为衡量指标,考察了料液比、浸提温度、浸提时间三种因素对枸杞多糖得率的影响,从而优化了枸杞多糖的提取工艺。最终实验得出提取枸杞多糖的最佳工艺条件为:料液比1:27g/mL,浸提温度81益,浸提时间为2.5h。在此条件下,枸杞多糖得率为5.03%。经过对二次响应面的分析,在最佳工艺参数下,得出枸杞多糖提取获得率的二次回归方程。

본문이구기다당적제취득솔위형량지표,고찰료료액비、침제온도、침제시간삼충인소대구기다당득솔적영향,종이우화료구기다당적제취공예。최종실험득출제취구기다당적최가공예조건위:료액비1:27g/mL,침제온도81익,침제시간위2.5h。재차조건하,구기다당득솔위5.03%。경과대이차향응면적분석,재최가공예삼수하,득출구기다당제취획득솔적이차회귀방정。
According to the evaluation index of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides extraction yield, the effect on three factors including LBP yield of the material liquid ratio, extraction temperature, and extraction time were investigated. The quadratic response surface analysis was carried out. Under the optimized parameters, LBP extraction of quadratic regression equation were obtained. The optimum technological conditions for LBP extraction was gained according to the result:the material liquid ratio was 1:27g/mL, extraction temperature was 81℃, extraction time was 2.5h, and the yield of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides under the condition was 5.03%. In this paper, we discuss the optimum condition for Lycium barbarum polysaccharides extraction, which provided a new platform for the research of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide.
