Based on the reality gap of standardization talents supply and demand in China, the interactive relationship between personnel training and professional technical personnel qualification examination is pointed out. Take the exploration and innovation actions of Shanghai, Chongqing, Shenzhen as examples, the reform practice, main features and development trend of standardization technical qualification examination system have been summarized.
