转化医学致力于打破基础医学与临床医学之间存在的屏障，缩减实验室与病床之间的距离，其内涵包括两个方向，即从实验室到病床以及从病床到实验室。本文旨在运用认识论的基本观点和原理，进一步探究转化医学的特点，认为转化医学是认识论和实践观在医学实践中的集中体现，其发展过程是循环上升的，包括两次飞跃。转化医学的发展需要多层次、多学科、多领域的相互合作和交叉融合。

Translational medicine devoted to breaking the barrier between basic medicine and clinical medicine , shortening the distance of bench to bedside, its connotation includes two aspects: from the lab to sickbed and from the sickbed to lab.This article aims to analyze transla-tional medicine by applying the basic viewpoints and theory of epistemology , it thinks that translational medicine is the concentrated reflection of epistemology and view of practice in the practice of medicine , its developing process is circled ascending and includes two leaps .Development of translational medicine needs multilevel, multidisciplinary and multi-field cooperation and chiastic fusion.
