Health Payment%Total Expenditure on Health%Equity
目的：了解我国居民个人卫生支出及其比重现状与变化趋势。方法：本文以2012年中国卫生统计年鉴和第四次国家卫生服务调查数据为基础，对收集的资料进行描述与统计分析。结果：我国居民个人卫生支出仍呈上升趋势，但比重有明显下降；城市居民卫生费用增长速度快于农村；居民个人卫生支出比重均不同。结论：继续增加我国政府卫生投入及其比例，完善医疗保险制度，提高卫生服务公平性。

목적：료해아국거민개인위생지출급기비중현상여변화추세。방법：본문이2012년중국위생통계년감화제사차국가위생복무조사수거위기출，대수집적자료진행묘술여통계분석。결과：아국거민개인위생지출잉정상승추세，단비중유명현하강；성시거민위생비용증장속도쾌우농촌；거민개인위생지출비중균불동。결론：계속증가아국정부위생투입급기비례，완선의료보험제도，제고위생복무공평성。
Objective: The purpose of this article is to understand the status and changes of out-of-pocket health payments and its propor-tion in China.Methods:On the basis of data from "2012 China Health Statistical Yearbook"and the forth national health services survey, this ar-ticle use description method and statistical analysis.Results:There is an upward trend in prevalence of out-of-pocket health payments, and its proportion has decreased significantly.Health expenditure of city residents is growing faster than the rural.The proportions of out-of-pocket health payments are different.Conclusion: The government should continue to increase government health investment and its proportion, to per-fect the medical insurance system, and to improve the fairness of health service.
