目的：对比分析抗磷脂抗体相关性习惯性流产（ aPL-RM）妇女与正常妇女黄体中期子宫内膜血流特点。方法从本院2011年11月~2013年11月收治的抗磷脂抗体相关性习惯性流产患者中，随机选择100例进行研究，设为观察组，另随机选择100例正常妇女作为对照组。比较分析两组的黄体中期子宫内膜血流特点。结果两组在子宫内膜厚度、子宫动脉搏动指数（ PI）及阻力指数（ RI）和内膜容积等方面的差异均不显著（ P﹥0.05）；观察组在内膜血管指数（ VI）、血流指数（ FI）及血管血流指数（VFI），以及内膜下区域各血流指数等方面，均显著低于对照组（P﹤0.05或P﹤0.01）。结论通过对抗磷脂抗体相关性习惯性流产妇女黄体中期的子宫内膜血流特点进行分析研究，可以为临床治疗提供较好的参考依据。
목적：대비분석항린지항체상관성습관성유산（ aPL-RM）부녀여정상부녀황체중기자궁내막혈류특점。방법종본원2011년11월~2013년11월수치적항린지항체상관성습관성유산환자중，수궤선택100례진행연구，설위관찰조，령수궤선택100례정상부녀작위대조조。비교분석량조적황체중기자궁내막혈류특점。결과량조재자궁내막후도、자궁동맥박동지수（ PI）급조력지수（ RI）화내막용적등방면적차이균불현저（ P﹥0.05）；관찰조재내막혈관지수（ VI）、혈류지수（ FI）급혈관혈류지수（VFI），이급내막하구역각혈류지수등방면，균현저저우대조조（P﹤0.05혹P﹤0.01）。결론통과대항린지항체상관성습관성유산부녀황체중기적자궁내막혈류특점진행분석연구，가이위림상치료제공교호적삼고의거。
Objective To explore the features of luteal middle phase endometrial blood flow in women with antiphospholipid antibodies-associated recurrent miscarriage( aPL-RM). Methods Out of the women with aPL-RM in our hospital from November 2011 to November 2013,100 cases were randomly selected as observation group and 100 normal women were randomly selected as control group;the features of luteal middle phase endometrial blood flow of the 2 groups were compared. Results The difference in endometrium thickness,uterine artery pulsatility index( PI),resistance index( RI)and endometrial volume was not obvious between the two groups(P﹥ 0. 05),while endometrial vascular index(VI),blood flow index(FI),vascular flow index(VFI)and each flow index of subendometrial region of the subjects in observation group were significantly lower than those of the ones in control group(P﹤0. 05 or P﹤0. 01). Conclusions The features of luteal middle phase endometrial blood flow can be taken as a helpful reference to the clinical treatment for women with aPL-RM.
