目的:研究面神经运动诱发电位( M波)潜伏期及波幅对Bell麻痹的诊断价值。方法对65例Bell麻痹患者在发病10 d内进行患侧和健侧面神经M波检测,比较两侧M波潜伏期及波幅的变化,并进行M波潜伏期与波幅的相关性分析。结果面神经颧支 M 波潜伏期健患侧分别是(1.71±0.06)ms 和(1.86±0.05)ms(P ﹥0.05),波幅健患侧分别是(4.55±0.10)μV和(3.40±0.20)μV(P﹤0.01);颊支M波潜伏期健患侧分别是(1.92±0.08)ms和(2.17±0.09)ms(P﹤0.05),波幅健患侧分别是(3.78±0.24)μV和(2.93±0.24)μV(P﹤0.05)。M波潜伏期与波幅相关性分析:颧支患侧r=

Objective To discuss the value of the motor evoked potential latency and amplitude of facial nerve in the diagnosis of Bell palsy. Methods Motor evoked potentials of facial nerve were measured on both injured and uninjured sides in 65 patients with Bell palsy within 10 days after the attack;M wave latency and amplitude changes of the 2 sides were compared and the correlation between M wave latency and the amplitude was analyzed. Results The M wave latency of the zygomatic branch of facial nerve on uninjured side and on injured side was(1.71 ±0.06)ms vs.(1.86 ±0.05)ms(P﹥0.05),respectively,while the M wave amplitude was(4.55±0.10)μVvs.(3.40±0.20)μV(P﹤0.01),respectively;theMwaveamplitudeofbuccalbranchesonthe2sideswas (1.92±0.08)msvs.(2.17±0.09)ms(P﹤0.05),respectively,whiletheamplitudewas(3.78± ±0.24)μVvs.(2.93±0.24)μV(P﹤0. 05),respectively. The analysis of the correlation between M wave latency and the amplitude showed that the r value of the zygomatic branch on the injured side was -0. 369(P﹤0. 01),while that on the uninjured side was -0. 472(P﹤0. 01);the r value of the buccal branches on the injured side was -0. 486(P﹤0. 01),while that on the uninjured side was -0. 445(P﹤0. 01). Conclusions The decreased M wave amplitude of facial nerve in patients with Bell palsy is more significant than the prolonged latency for the diagnosis.
