目的:探讨呼出气一氧化氮( FeNO)测定在老年哮喘诊治中的应用价值。方法对我院在2013年3月~2014年2月收治的38例老年支气管哮喘患者进行FeNO检测,并与同期收治的38例非呼吸系统疾病老年患者进行比较。结果治疗前哮喘组FeNO[(59.2±16.8)ppb]显著高于对照组[(18.6±6.1)ppb](P﹤0.01);哮喘组FeNO在治疗3 d后[(51.5±13.7)ppb]和出院时[(36.1±9.4)ppb],均较治疗前明显下降( P﹤0.05或P﹤0.01),但仍显著高于对照组( P﹤0.01)。对16例哮喘患者在出院3个月后进行随访,其FeNO为(27.3±8.2)ppb,较出院时明显下降( P﹤0.01),但也仍高于对照组( P﹤0.01)。结论 FeNO在老年哮喘患者中明显增高,FeNO检测对老年哮喘的诊治有很好的指导作用。

목적:탐토호출기일양화담( FeNO)측정재노년효천진치중적응용개치。방법대아원재2013년3월~2014년2월수치적38례노년지기관효천환자진행FeNO검측,병여동기수치적38례비호흡계통질병노년환자진행비교。결과치료전효천조FeNO[(59.2±16.8)ppb]현저고우대조조[(18.6±6.1)ppb](P﹤0.01);효천조FeNO재치료3 d후[(51.5±13.7)ppb]화출원시[(36.1±9.4)ppb],균교치료전명현하강( P﹤0.05혹P﹤0.01),단잉현저고우대조조( P﹤0.01)。대16례효천환자재출원3개월후진행수방,기FeNO위(27.3±8.2)ppb,교출원시명현하강( P﹤0.01),단야잉고우대조조( P﹤0.01)。결론 FeNO재노년효천환자중명현증고,FeNO검측대노년효천적진치유흔호적지도작용。
Objective To investigate the value of fractional exhaled nitric oxide( FeNO ) detection in the diagnosis and treatment of asthma in senile patients. Methods FeNO detection was performed on 38 senile patients with asthma( asthma group) hospitalized from March 2013 to February 2014,and another 38 senile patients without respiratory diseases hospitalized within the same period were selected to be the control. Results Before treatment,FeNO in asthma group[(59. 2 ± 16. 8)ppb]was significantly higher than that in control group[(18. 6 ± 6. 1)ppb](P﹤0. 01);while it was much lower 3 days after treatment[(51. 5 ± 13. 7)ppb]and at discharge[(36. 1 ± 9. 4)ppb](P﹤0. 05 or P﹤0. 01),but still significantly higher than that in control group(P﹤0. 01);the follow-up made 3 months after discharge found that FeNO in 16 senile patients with asthma had dropped to[(27. 3 ± 8. 2)ppb],much lower than that at their discharge,but still higher than that in control group(P﹤0. 01). Conclusions FeNO in senile patients with asthma increases significantly and FeNO detection is of great value in the diagnosis and treatment of asthma in senile patients.
