目的:探讨自动乳腺全容积成像(ABVS)系统检查在鉴别乳腺良恶性肿瘤中的临床价值。方法使用西门子Acuson S2000的ABVS系统扫查84例乳腺肿瘤患者的双侧乳腺,获取双侧乳腺横切面图像上的基本数据,系统自动进行三维数据重建,然后获得乳腺冠状面和矢状面图像。与常规二维超声检查相对比,并与术后或穿刺病理结果相对照,评价ABVS系统对乳腺良恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断价值。结果ABVS系统诊断的灵敏度为90%,特异度为90%,准确度为90%;常规超声诊断的灵敏度为70%,特异度为90%,准确度为81%。结论 ABVS系统作为一种新的超声检查途径,提高了超声对乳腺良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断的准确度,为临床提供更加准确、完整的诊断信息。

Objective To explore the clinical value of automate breast volume scanning (ABVS) in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors. Methods Eighty-four patients were scanned with Acuson S2000 ABVS system. The scanning data was stored and automatically reconstructed , including sagittal and coronal image. At the same time all the patients accepted conventional ultrasound scanning. The results were compared with post-operative pathological results in order to evaluate the differential diagnosis value in detection of benign and malignant breast tumor. Results By the diagnosis of ABVS system, the sensitivity was 90%, the specificity was 90%, and the accuracy was 90%. In the conventional ultrasound scanning group, the sensitivity was 70%, the specificity was 90%, and the accuracy was 81%. Conclusion As a new approach for breast imaging, ABVS system can improve the accuracy in differentiating benign and malignant breast tumors, providing more information for the planning of surgical interventions.
