Organizational performance is one of the most important constructs in management research .Through a sys-tematic study of literature , this article discusses the meanings and evolution of organizational performance measurement and mainly analyzes the development of organizational performance measurement models in abroad , expecting to find out the nature and rule about organizational performance measurement from these models .
