目的：探讨上颌骨缺损后采用赝复体行临床修复的体会。方法：因上颌骨肿瘤术后导致的颌骨缺损患者19例，根据患者缺损类型、范围及剩余组织情况进行塑胶或纯钛铸造支架式中空型或实体型赝复体修复。结果：16例患者赝复体固位性、稳定性及密封性良好，戴用赝复体后咀嚼、吞咽、吮吸、发音等功能及颜面外形明显改善。3例患者赝复体固位、稳定、密封性欠佳。结论：颌骨缺损患者的赝复体修复是困难的，应充分重视剩余组织的利用，尽早行永久性修复。
목적：탐토상합골결손후채용안복체행림상수복적체회。방법：인상합골종류술후도치적합골결손환자19례，근거환자결손류형、범위급잉여조직정황진행소효혹순태주조지가식중공형혹실체형안복체수복。결과：16례환자안복체고위성、은정성급밀봉성량호，대용안복체후저작、탄인、전흡、발음등공능급안면외형명현개선。3례환자안복체고위、은정、밀봉성흠가。결론：합골결손환자적안복체수복시곤난적，응충분중시잉여조직적이용，진조행영구성수복。
Objective :The study summarizes prostheses treatment for patients with maxillary defects . Methods :There were 19 cases with maxillary defects as a result of maxillary tumor .On the basis of defect’s catego-ries ,extent and remaining tissues ,we designed the prostheses ,including plastic cement or pure titanium casting frame ,medium altitude or entity .Results :The effects of prostheses in 16 patients were favorable ,it had a good re-tention ,stability ,air-tightness and obviously improved the functions of mastication ,deglutition ,suck ,pronunciation , facial contour .But the effects of the other three prostheses were below the mark .Conclusion :It is difficult that pros-theses treat for patients with maxillary defects ,utilization of remaining tissues and permanent restoration as early as possible are worthy of our reconstruction .
