目的:探讨芦荟凝胶对大鼠模型中II度放射性皮炎所致创面愈合处新血管生成以及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及其受体(VEGFR)表达的影响。方法:采用6mev电子线在大鼠背部建立10% II度放射性皮炎模型,制备芦荟凝胶。将实验大鼠分为两组:创面自然愈合组(对照组)和创面外涂芦荟组(实验组)。HE染色观察创面新生血管数量;应用免疫组化染色,后行图像分析,分别测定损伤后2、6、10、18、24d 的创面组织中 VEGF和 VEGFR的表达。结果:实验组在伤后10、18、24 d创面组织中微血管数量明显大于对照组( P<0.05);实验组和对照组从伤后第2~24天创面组织中VEGF、VEGFR的表达均逐渐增高,而实验组从伤后第10~24天创面组织中VEGF、VEGFR表达的增高幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:芦荟凝胶能够提高放射性皮炎创面组织中VEGF、VEGFR的表达,促进新血管生成,增加局部血运,促进创面愈合。
目的:探討蘆薈凝膠對大鼠模型中II度放射性皮炎所緻創麵愈閤處新血管生成以及血管內皮生長因子(VEGF)及其受體(VEGFR)錶達的影響。方法:採用6mev電子線在大鼠揹部建立10% II度放射性皮炎模型,製備蘆薈凝膠。將實驗大鼠分為兩組:創麵自然愈閤組(對照組)和創麵外塗蘆薈組(實驗組)。HE染色觀察創麵新生血管數量;應用免疫組化染色,後行圖像分析,分彆測定損傷後2、6、10、18、24d 的創麵組織中 VEGF和 VEGFR的錶達。結果:實驗組在傷後10、18、24 d創麵組織中微血管數量明顯大于對照組( P<0.05);實驗組和對照組從傷後第2~24天創麵組織中VEGF、VEGFR的錶達均逐漸增高,而實驗組從傷後第10~24天創麵組織中VEGF、VEGFR錶達的增高幅度明顯大于對照組(P<0.05)。結論:蘆薈凝膠能夠提高放射性皮炎創麵組織中VEGF、VEGFR的錶達,促進新血管生成,增加跼部血運,促進創麵愈閤。
목적:탐토호회응효대대서모형중II도방사성피염소치창면유합처신혈관생성이급혈관내피생장인자(VEGF)급기수체(VEGFR)표체적영향。방법:채용6mev전자선재대서배부건립10% II도방사성피염모형,제비호회응효。장실험대서분위량조:창면자연유합조(대조조)화창면외도호회조(실험조)。HE염색관찰창면신생혈관수량;응용면역조화염색,후행도상분석,분별측정손상후2、6、10、18、24d 적창면조직중 VEGF화 VEGFR적표체。결과:실험조재상후10、18、24 d창면조직중미혈관수량명현대우대조조( P<0.05);실험조화대조조종상후제2~24천창면조직중VEGF、VEGFR적표체균축점증고,이실험조종상후제10~24천창면조직중VEGF、VEGFR표체적증고폭도명현대우대조조(P<0.05)。결론:호회응효능구제고방사성피염창면조직중VEGF、VEGFR적표체,촉진신혈관생성,증가국부혈운,촉진창면유합。
Objective:To study the aloe gel on on angiogenesis of wound healing in rats with II radiation dermatitis and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and its receptor (VEGFR) .Methods :To establish the 10% II radiation dermatitis models in rats back with 6MeV electronic line ,the preparation of Aloe gel . The experimental rats were divided into two groups :wound healing group (control group) and the wound coated with aloe group (experimental group) .HE staining was used to observe the wound neovascularization ;immunohis-tochemistry staining ,by image analysis ,was used in studying the expression of VEGF and VEGFR in wound tis-sues ,2 ,6 ,10 ,18 24D after injury were measured .Results :The number of microvessels in the experimental group was significantly higher than those in the control group after injury 10 ,18 ,24d in the wound tissue (P<0 .05);the ex-pression of VEGF ,VEGFR in experimental group and in control group from second day to 24 days after injury in wound tissue were all increased gradually ,while the expression of VEGF ,VEGFR in experimental group from tenth to 24 days after injury ,were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion:Aloe gel can im-prove the expression of VEGF ,VEGFR in radioactive dermatitis wound tissue ;promote the angiogenesis ;increase lo-cal blood circulation ;promote wound healing .
