目的：对上尿路结石患者使用经皮肾镜碎石术( percutaneous nephrolithotomy, PCNL)的治疗经验进行总结,评价其临床疗效及安全性。方法用经皮肾镜碎石术共治疗上尿路结石1210例,其中采用传统PCNL治疗891例,微创PCNL治疗319例。结果两种方法手术成功率分别为91%和96%,结石清除率分别为89%和94%,并发症发生率分别为4．2%和1．3%；单通道取石1113例,多通道取石97例。结论经皮肾穿刺碎石术治疗上尿路结石高效微创,并发症低。
목적：대상뇨로결석환자사용경피신경쇄석술( percutaneous nephrolithotomy, PCNL)적치료경험진행총결,평개기림상료효급안전성。방법용경피신경쇄석술공치료상뇨로결석1210례,기중채용전통PCNL치료891례,미창PCNL치료319례。결과량충방법수술성공솔분별위91%화96%,결석청제솔분별위89%화94%,병발증발생솔분별위4．2%화1．3%；단통도취석1113례,다통도취석97례。결론경피신천자쇄석술치료상뇨로결석고효미창,병발증저。
Objective To summarize the experience in the treatment of upper urinary tract calculi with percutaneous nephrolithotomy, and evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety. Methods 1210 cases of upper urinary tract calculi were treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy, including standard percutaneous nephrolithotomy was 891 cases and mini-percutaneous neph-rolithotomy was 319 cases. Results The successful rate of standard percutaneous nephrolithotomy and mini-percutaneous nephro-lithotomy were 91% and 96%, the stone clearance rate were 89% and 94%, the incidence of complications was 4. 2% and 1. 3%respectively. At the same time, 1113 cases were single channel and 97 cases were multiple channel to take stones. Conclusion Percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy is minimally invasive, effective and low complications for upper urinary tract calculi .
