在大田条件下,以济麦22为材料,研究不同生物有机肥施用量对冬小麦籽粒蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量、面团形成时间、面团稳定时间等品质指标以及产量的影响。结果表明:增施生物有机肥可以提高旱地小麦品质和产量,且在本试验条件下,随着生物有机肥施用量的增加,小麦品质与产量也随之增加。
在大田條件下,以濟麥22為材料,研究不同生物有機肥施用量對鼕小麥籽粒蛋白質含量、濕麵觔含量、麵糰形成時間、麵糰穩定時間等品質指標以及產量的影響。結果錶明:增施生物有機肥可以提高旱地小麥品質和產量,且在本試驗條件下,隨著生物有機肥施用量的增加,小麥品質與產量也隨之增加。
재대전조건하,이제맥22위재료,연구불동생물유궤비시용량대동소맥자립단백질함량、습면근함량、면단형성시간、면단은정시간등품질지표이급산량적영향。결과표명:증시생물유궤비가이제고한지소맥품질화산량,차재본시험조건하,수착생물유궤비시용량적증가,소맥품질여산량야수지증가。
The experiment was conducted in field with Jimai 22 as material, and the effects of different application rates of biological organic fertilizer on wheat yield and some quality indicators were studied .The quality indicators included grain protein content , wet gluten content , dough development time , dough stability time and others .The results showed that in this experimental conditions , the application of bio -organic fertil-izer could improve the quality and yield of dryland wheat , and the yield and quality of wheat increased with the increase of application rate of bio -organic fertilizer .
